Why does the dirty water exit the fan vent
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is easy to use and appears to remove a lot of dirt from the carpet. However, when used on a light colored carpet it leaves streaking and spots. When I cleaned it in a tub I noticed a dirty water exiting the suction fan vent on the bottom of the main housing. Evidently the baffling in the suction tank does not prevent dirty water/solution from entering the fan duct. Fix this and the its a 5 star product.

Just as good as the PetPro

It works just as well, the biggest differences are the attachments, and the PetPro is easier to clean the brushes (you can take off the top to take them out). Pre-treating stains is optional w/ this machine!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great on our 25 yr. old carpeting, Unlike rented carpet cleaners I did not even need to pre-treat misc. food and coffee stains, which came right out! Also left carpets relatively dry, showing good water suction. Brush rollers at the bottom worked well catching hairs, and I don't even have a pet.

I laid it down, left it to dry for a week as soon as i picked it up in upright position there's still water dripping. Make sure you measure the formula right!! I put in too much and my carpet is foamy(my fault). The carpet completely dried in a day.
