Great product but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works miracles on cleaning carpets! But..cleaning the machine itself is a chore, I would in a heartbeat upgrade to the next model, where the rollers pull out of the way for cleaning. If it's hard to clean ( I personally) will eventually not clean it well...leading to a future breakdown. I hope this helps you decide.

Hopefully it lasts a lifetime

Exceeded my expectations!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this carpet scrubber to replace my old 20+ year old unit. I wanted something to clean area rugs and carpets. This machine works wonderfully. Freshens up area rugs to make them look new again. The carpets are cleaned quickly and easily. The machine is easy to use, easy to load the shampoo and easy to clean when finished. All in all it exceeded my expectations.

Troubleshooting is difficult

I have had to troubleshoot this cleaner since I purchased it. I have no pets and only use it occasionally. My carpets are not very dirty but It is not effective nor easy to figure out why it is clogged or has no suction. Each time I use it I have to watch a couple of videos and try to figure out why it is not working well.

Would buy it again.

Bissel carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bissel rug cleaner. I have two little dogs. One puppy one older so you know I deal with accidents. The cleaner is so easy to use, Dries quickly and makes my life so much easier.

Easy to use, the 3-mode choices are great for a quick touch-up or deep clean.

Powerful and easy to use

This thing is super effective while being reasonably lightweight. It was easy to set up and use. The only thing I missed is that the full line on the dirty tank is much lower than I thought so I wasn't emptying it enough and it started to collect hairballs on the carpet. But that was user error and once I fixed it, it was really doing all of the work!

Good at first but....

Not user friendly whatsoever

Yes, it has removed every single mess my (unbelievably messy) dog has made on my rug and carpet. But that one pro doesn't come close to outweighing the seemingly endless cons: 1) no matter how carefully I try to roll it from room to room, a trail of liquid (dirty? clean? I have no idea) follows. Wish I would have bought this first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to assemble and use. Directions were great! The cleaner solution tank is a great size. It cleans so good. It's a little weighty but still overall the best we have used.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR PET OWNERS
