[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the same complaint as most owners. I would like to say it sucks, but it doesn't. It pulled the water out of the carpet fairly well when new. Now it seems to leave more water in the carpet than it pulls out. We have cleaned it thoroughly but it barely improves. We also have the leakage problem. On the backstroke it often drips water / cleaning solution leaving ugly dark spots. We have pulled out our old Hoover to suck water. Bissell clean...

I would purchase this machine again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a decent job....use machine for pet messes mostly. The only drawback for me is how often you have to dump the dirty water container; it only gets a little over a quarter of the way full and you have to dump it.

Terrible

So terrible. I was up all night swearing this machine. I probably got a bad one but still no excuse. The brush cover broke so I ordered a replacement then the ring cap broke and leaked all that dirty water onto the floor. Best of luck.

Works fast and well!!

Doesn't work after a year

Its an excellent machine. Really pulls the dirt out and is easy to clean the shampooer when i am done.

I would buy this product again

I was able to clean a carpet that had pet 'stains' and spilled coffee on it. I will never rent a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner again! I love that it has two rollers. It was really easy to clean them after using it. I'm sure I'll find something else to love about it as I use it more! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro: Lightweight and it cleaned my carpet. Cons: it leaks horribly. Move it from carpet to kitchen and you will definitely need a mop. Even sitting still it leaks a great amount of what appears to be both clean and dirty water. The plastic is much cheaper than my older bissell. Good Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this clean up spills from our kids and we used to use carpet cleaners for pet accidents. This works well but does not do as good a job as a Bissell pet spotbot that we used to have.
