Does exactly what its intended to do
Would RecommendGreat product! Does a very efficient job. We got this due to a new dog who hasnt qyite learned to go bathroom outside. Our handheld shampooer wasnt up to the task, so we got this!

Great carpet cleaner
Would RecommendLove the pro heat carpet cleaner. I have a dog that sometimes has accidents on the carpet. I tried other brands of carpet cleaners, but this Bissell was awesome, it cleaned the pet stain pretty good. I did use the Bissell products included in the box. Will definitely be a Bissell customer for loke

Brushes do not spray
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Bissell and trying to be more financially frugal by cleaning my own carpets than paying SS astronomical prices. So was thrilled to purchase this item and hurt by the let down. I have to pour the cleaning solution from the tank to get carpets ready since the 2 brushes do not spray. I bought this model for the second time

I had my previous model for 8 years and it went through 5 dogs after finally giving out. Strong and gets everything so clean!!! Use the Bissell carpet shampoo. It works the best. I bought a big bottle of it so it will last me for a while. Definitely Recommend!!!! #sweepstakes

Being a first time user, I was hesitant to begin with, but after the first room, I feel like a pro. My off white bedroom carpets look great again. Only negative is dirty water tank float hits the full limit way too soon as it is barely 1/3 full. I am not sure why it is designed this way. This prevented me from giving this a 5 star review.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this machine to clean my carpets. Having two pets, a cat and dog, their gifts usually stain the carpet. This machine, obliterated the stain and my carpet looks brand new. the carpet is cream colored and the gift left by my cat was quite noticeable. My Previous PRO HEAT 2 lasted 8 years and survived 4 pets. These machines are worth every penny.
