And when I do it runs out of water so quick which is very frustrating then to suck it back up the water does even come back out 1/4 of what I've put down. so, I invented my own lil trick I put a 15 lbs. Weigt on the front which makes it press harder when extracting water. that seems to help but these thise are built cheap as they can do it. straight trash i had proffesional come cleam a week after and they pulled so ...

Would RecommendEasy to put together and use and drying time was as advertised. Hose could have been longer for cleaning stairs and would have preferred the stair tool be included, instead of two upholstery tools.
Bissell is my go-to.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaned my rug and bedroom carped. Really sucks up the water in carped and rug. Vacuum first but the shampoo pulled a lot more dirt and doggie hair out of rug. Love how powerful the suction is on the shampooer.

Works well and the unit was affordable.
Would RecommendThis product is easy to use and works well. It can get frustrating at times (depending on how dirty the carpet is) having to use the cleaning tool to unclog the unit. But again, the tool comes with the unit for a reason and the floors I was cleaning were pretty dirty. The results afterwards were worth it.
I would definitely buy another bissel. Great products.

I used it to deep clean an area of the carpet in my bedroom which had a stain similar to the Queen Mary stain. Always resurfaces. So far, so good. I also appreciate the weight of the product. Far lighter and easier to use.
