Short hose
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished cleaning the stairs and the hose is way to short. I would recommend at least a 15 foot long hose or at least be able to connect 2 hoses together. And why do the rollers keep moving when cleaning the stairs?

This is after years of multiple machines from Bissell and multiple headaches, ranging from the machines not working well,i.e, not dispensing water, not sucking up the water well to broken parts on the machines.
