The fresh water tank lid will stay in the port

Clean water reservoir came apart and cap won't come out

While I am very pleased with the cleaning job, I mopped 2 rooms, put it in my utility room for lunch break. When I went back there was a large puddle of cleaning water on my floor! The clean water reservoir was now empty. I removed the reservoir and it came out but left the fikter/cap in the hole. I now cannot get that cap out!! Need some help please! Thanks

Easy to Use
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bad back and the CrossWave makes cleaning my floors much easier. The assembly was quite easy. However, the after mopping cleanup is a little difficult because I have 3 dogs and so a lot of wet hair ends up in the roller, etc.

I thought our floors were fairly clean until I looked at the collection container. OMG! The water was really dirty which means this machine cleans better than a mop. The days of anyone at my home using a mop and bucket are over. I highly recommend buying the Crosswave.
