Really good deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good deal. I've only used it a few times but so far it's working well. I bought it mostly to clean the tile grout. I was impressed on how funky the water was when I emptied the dirty water tank. I have always mopped my floors with a cotton mop and rinsing it in the sink several times while mopping. I am glad I bought it.

I was very happy with how this worked and was very surprised that it didn't leave water on the floor. There was dirty water in the holding tank! heck yeah..... it puts down clean water and so no dirty water is used again. I did the whole floor and some rugs, very happy with the results.

If I could give zero stars I would

This is like having your toddler mop your floor, you still have to go back & do a better job yourself. I wiped my floors with a white paper towel after I went over them twice & they were still filthy. It's too late to return it but I wish I could get my money back. Don't waste yours.

Don't buy this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen to the people with the 1 star reviews. Within a year, it spits out pools of dirty water. I replaced the filter and brush, it still has no suction and is disgusting to use.

Does NOT suck up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product claims to work on area rugs and hard wood floors to "clean up messes and refresh surfaces" but, in actuality, this product is about as useful as a dollar store water gun. It sprays water on the floor or area rug and does not suck up water or even scrub for that matter. The design doesn't allow you to put enough pressure down in order to sufficiently scrub/catch any dirt. It's a very overpriced and dissapointing water gun. I love al...

Unfortunately No Match for my Ceramic Tile
