[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this cleaning appliance on my area rug and kitchen. I have two young kids and a cat so it was put to the test. I got lots of dirty water from both the rug and kitchen. The rug seems refreshed but I'm not sure if it's as thorough as a real carpet cleaner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only disappointment is the lack of a hose to get into tight places. I'd be happy if the hose only had suction, then I would feel like it did a more thorough job, and it could also be used on furniture.

Awesome cleaning machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. I used to use a Bona floor mop but all it did was push dirt around but machine works great. Leaves your floor shiny and clean and cleaning waist container and cleaning brush is super easy.It's a bit pricey but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell cross wave is amazing. I like that it vacuums and cleans at the same time and is easy to clean when finished. I bought one for my daughter-in-law, and after I saw how well it cleans I bought one for myself also.

We live in an area with a lot of fine sand, and we are outdoor people so we track a lot of dust and dirt in. This CrossWave works fantastic for our home. Very little water sprays onto the mop roller.

Each time I use this I notice there is very little water getting to the roller . In many cases the floor is completely dry after just doing that section. Watching while cleaning there is no water getting to the floor. We can do our whole house (1700 sq ft) and the dirty water reservoir isnt even 1/2 full. We ha...

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean wood floor and ceramic tile floors. It does a great job. It is much easier than water mopping. It does not get the edges close but it cleans well.

Step saving and much easier to keep floors clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 7 cats, 3 little dogs and 3 parakeets. You can imagine the fur balls, accidents and feathers that occur. I had back surgery 4 years ago. Instead of sweeping all my vinyl floors first and then going back over them with a mop I can do it all in one step. I'm in my 70's and it helps to eliminate some of the work I've been doing.
