I can't believe how much dirt comes from my hard surfaces! Love that the machine cleans the roller with the tray at the end. Cleans so well and is so easy!!

Really helps keep the air fresher!

I wish I could get a refund

I wish I'd bought in a store to return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about four months ago. I just tried to use it for the first. it does nor dispense clean water from the container. I checked everything and primed it etcetera. First, last and only Bissell. Something this simple shouldn't be this hard to figure out why it isn't working.

I would buy this machine again

Floors never shinier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My floors look so clean and shiny, this really made a difference from what I had been using on my floors! Vacuums on hard floor surfaces much better than my regular vacuum too.

After long use I noticed how sticky my floors had become, no doubt because of long term build up of Bona's solution. I have quite a large wood floored area. A royal pain to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm more than happy with the multi surface cleaning of my floors. That's the easy part! Emptying the waste water and cleaning the tank took longer than it took to do the floors. What a mess! Lots of little corners and seams to clean. Yuck! I don't know if I'd recommend it to a friend for that reason.

I really love my Bissel Crosswave.

I do use it in the bathroom in the more spacious areas. It always uses clean water on the surface and the area is dry in seconds. I am so happy to pout the dirty water and debris out. It's quick snd easy.

I did vacuum before using this machine on my floors, but found the container that collects the dirty water said it all. The floors also dry quickly. I did clean all parts of the crosswave to ensure the longevity of the machine. This is definitely a "SWEEPSTAKES" Winner!!

Awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not pick up hardly any of the dirty water from the floor. Whenever I clean the floor, I expend a lot of solution only to find mere teaspoons being returned to the dirty water reservoir. The solution itself leaves a haze on the tile.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For being a dog product, it's very loud. It doesn't bother my dog but I've been waiting for it to trigger them to bark. It does clean well but leaves streaks.
