Quit working but overall a great product

Would Recommend

I’ve had my smart locks bout 3 years. My keypad is sheltered and not in any severe weather and quit functioning so I already had to replace it. That was disappointing. Howe er, I love my small oks and keypad system. They function almost flawlessly, and I have no risk of anyone making a copy of my key if I need them to have access to my home.

Would Not Recommend

Receieved with NO instructions! Piece of plastic with screws/anchors and batteries. How do you attach to outside wall???? No mounting bracket for unit and no instuction pamphlet.

Sleek but slow!

I have been using the keypad since 1 month now. At first I only ordered the lock but eventually realized, a keypad would be a good backup option. Only drawback is, the communication between the keypad & the lock is a little bit slow. It takes about 2 seconds of delay to open the lock.

Great when it works otherwise crap

Would Not Recommend

Communication to the locks work about 50% of the time. Never fails when I have my hands full the lock doesn’t auto-unlock and the keypad only locks/unlocks half the time. Within a few feet of a wireless router and still can’t communicate usually. Not at all the advanced product I needed. I wouldn’t dare leave my keys behind and trust either one I purchased.

Arrived Broken

Product was DOA. I tried fresh batteries, but pressing buttons would not cause the keypad to light up. Was purchasing it to replace a semi-broken one. This product needs more quality control.

This is a nice device to gain entry. It is also can be a nightmare to program into system. Either firmware or programing for device need to be improved. I have two of these and love them when they are working properly. One stopped working and after many contacts with support and unsuccessful resolution, I bought a new one. As with the one before it programming takes repeated attempt's to get unit to take codes properly and operate as intended. PLEASE simplify installation process.
