What Customers Are Saying
The adjustable jack post is generally an effective and affordable solution for supporting sagging floors, beams, and other structural issues. Many found it easy to install and adjust, and it was able to stabilize and lift their floors as needed. The product is described as sturdy and functional, though some noted the header/footer plates are thin. Customers appreciated the adjustability, which allowed them to fine-tune the height as required, and several mentioned using it to temporarily support structures during repairs. However, a few cautioned that the adjustment mechanism needs to be handled carefully to avoid pinching fingers. Overall, the jack post seems to be a practical and budget-friendly option for homeowners dealing with structural problems, though the quality of some components may be a concern for more heavy-duty or long-term use.

Works
I like how simple it is, works just like it's supposed to. I used it to hold up a deck while I repaired a post. It could use some instructions I suppose, but it's easy to figure out.

Light duty! Compared to the big moe jack.
Would Not RecommendI'm sure these light duty jack posts have their place. They probably work great in light duty applications, a little extra support under a refrig or a piano. I just bought 4. But since I have used the heavier Big Moe jack post before, I see the difference and it is huge. The metal plates are very thin and bend easily. I am returning these and paying the extra $25 for the Big Moe posts.

Akron 56 in jack post
Would Not RecommendBase and top plates not even attached, must be held while attempting to put in place. Price cheap and product shows. I will weld the parts together Before I use it again.

No more squeaking and bouncing floor
Would RecommendWe bought this product because of the floor squeaking and the little "give" at the floor joist.....put it in raised it about an inch took care of the issue theses are adjustable which is great since the floor runs at a slight angle. So I will be doing as they say and raising it about a half turn a week to bring the floor up

Decent jack for light duty
For heavy lifting this jack doesn’t have hard enough steel turn screw to handle a big job
