Also, for almost any application where this jack would work, you are better off to buy the larger version "Big Moe" for only $5 more. It is substantially stronger.

We were amazed how these devices are each rated to carry up to 16,000 pounds. We checked with a licensed structural engineer who told us the Foundation Experts was correct in using these devices to carry the entire first floor during repairs. Would RecommendPurchased today and installed today, yes it is that simple. Installed in a garage for sagging loft. Would have preferred that the center bolts have hex head and nuts on both ends, instead of acorn nuts.

Would RecommendThis product obviously gets returned after use by many customers. I needed three and I had to go back twice for missing parts. Third time I learned my lesson and check the box before leaving store...and sure enough that one was missing parts too. Other than that this jack works great and is easy to set up.

Would Not RecommendI used 4 of these over the weekend to jack up an old sagging 8ft header. They got the job done but are pretty flimsy. The plates are extremely thin metal. Not adequate for the rating of the post. All 4 post plates that the adjustment screw goes into have a dimple in them to accept the adjuster screw. Bad packaging
Would RecommendI do not know where these cam from, but the packages were not strong enough to hold the jacks. I ordered four and only got two that I could use. The ends were gone on the boxes and so was the hardware.I do not know if the package was strong enough or they were mishandled by the carrier, Good thing is that they are going to send two more.
