Would RecommendThis little tool worked great for me. I needed to mount a TV in my family room and kept missing studs when trying to install the mounting device to the wall. It was late on a Saturday and the store was closing, so I waited until the next morning and got there right as they were opening. I bought the stud finder, went home, and was immediately able to finish my project. I only had to patch 2 or 3 holes from my previous attempts! ;)

Would Not RecommendSeemed pretty simple when we purchased it - but the lights kept going off even when we knew a beam wasn't in that area. Couldn't get it to work properly. Not sure if we just received a bad one or if the instructions just weren't clear.
