Ratings & Reviews for Whirlpool Counter-Depth 20-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker ( Black ) ENERGY STAR Certified

High quality, excellent design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best refrigerator I have ever owned! Well designed and high quality.

Loud ice cube maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loud ice cube maker when it fills with water. Poor quality.

Whirlpool counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The inside is smaller than what I am used to and the inside compartments are not sturdy enough material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well enough so far. I had to turn the ice maker off (didn't want on in the first place) because I don't use a lot of ice and it seemed to keep making it and it spilled over into my freezer drawer. Also the design of how you open the drawers is counterintuitive. The opening on the drawer where you place your fingers to pull is facing upward and open instead of open from the bottom. (Think U design instead of n design), Otherwise everything...

We like it a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great frig. We like the water dispenser inside. It's harder for the grandkids to get a glass of water, but the extra space in the door where our last icemaker was is way worth it. I haven't figured out how to contain the ice maker. It makes a lot of ice and turns off, but when you open the top freezer drawer, it always drops a couple of cubes into the bottom of the freezer and they come sliding out onto the floor

Perfect fit for our small kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Whirlpool Refrigerator several weeks ago and we are very pleased with it.. Love the water in the unit not on the outside.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design, lots of drawers and shelfs for storage. Counter depth is a nice fit with still plenty of inside room.

Great fridge, lots of space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. I had this at my “old” house and loved it so I purposely bought it for my new townhouse.

Best Refrigerator I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent refrigerator. I had this model years ago in another condo and knew when I was redoing my new condo kitchen I would buy it again. The counter depth is perfect for a small condo galley kitchen and the inside space is well ordered and easy to keep food organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this online and am pleasantly surprised how it’s a perfect fit. My first time purchasing a major appliance online.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really too soon to know. Somewhat noisy but not a problem. Ice cubes clump together and ice falls out the back of the bin when opening. Other than those 2 things all is working as expected. Wish I could replace the white handles with stainless handles.

Centre piece and shelf clips

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Freezer bottom should have an adjustable centre piece. The shelf clips eat up space and things don’t sit flush.

Good fridge for a tight space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers are pretty flimsy, but other than that it seems good overall. We were pretty limited in our choices for a replacement fridge due to space restrictions.

Loving our new fridge!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had our fridge now for a few months, and so far no issues. We love the ice machine feature, the filtered water option and the size of the fridge. Looks great in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product except drawers operation seems flimsy. Should be better.

Fits perfectly in our space

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this fridge a month ago and am pretty pleased with it. Everything works as it should. I am a bit concerned about how robust it is. Everything seems a bit flimsy, so we need to be careful not to over-stress anything.

Plenty of Room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new refrigerator and has plenty of room for the food! The refrigerator motor is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice fridge. Plenty of room inside and looks nice in the kitchen.

Decent Counter Depth Unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks very nice. Decent capacity for a counter depth model. The upper bin in the freezer doesn't "glide" in/out very well. Seems like that could be improved. My older fridge had a very smooth glide in and out. In general the upper freezer bin just worked much better. The fridge temp has more fluctuation than I'd like -- I have a thermometer sitting in central and undisturbed location and the temp varies a bit more than I'd expect...but overa...

I like my new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new refrigerator but having issues with water dispenser. My dealer has ordered parts.
