Love Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator over a month now and just love it! I love the French doors and the wide shelves in the doors. The freezer has so much space too. We are getting all new Whirlpool appliances and love the black so much better than stainless steel. I would recommend Whirlpool to all my friends and family.

Excellent Counter Depth Frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this refrigerator a month ago, and we are VERY pleased with it! Gives alot of space for a counter depth, and more than our previous counter depth did. It keeps things very cold as well. The stainless is easy to wipe off, unlike our last stainless fridge. Love it!

Bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is awful! The water dispenser should have been on the right side. That way, you wouldn’t have to open both doors to get water. Plus the water filter should have been on the left side closer to the back since it hangs down. The light fixture hangs down too low. To move the shelves down you lose space that is already tight. I have to have a counter-depth refrigerator because of the design of my kitchen.

ICEMAKER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The icemaking feature is inadequate and it makes ice very, very slowly and I am disappointed with that feature. Has a few other features that I find are pretty small. I was restricted as to what size to purchase due to the opening for the refrigerator but those are the items that come to mind.

Nice Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one to replace my 18 year old Amana that died. I decided to get a counter depth model this time so it wouldn't stick out as much. Didn't realize I would lose so much square footage with a few inches. The fridge space is fine, but the freezer space is quite small. The indoor water dispenser and ice maker work great. Still want to see if I can fit the rubber liners from the Amana door shelves in this one...they were a nice feature. ...

Love the counter depth size

Should have spent more money…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bit of some buyers regret. Evidently I stepped down from a previously owned KitchenAid model purchased 19 years ago. So much on the new Whirlpool just seems cheaper made. The stainless steel does not wrap around the edges of the doors anymore. More plastic. Shelves are less robust, with no more edge lips to stop spills. No butter compartment or soda can door shelf. The “wide” deli drawer of my older 20 cu ft model held twice as much. This becam...

Beautiful fridge that fills the space well.

It is taking some getting used to, with one long deli drawer, less space inside the fridge and more in the doors, as well as what seems less space in the freezer. I will need to work with it. I am leaving town for a few days and have not given enough time to this new appliance. But it is very elegant and not very noisy, it fills the space well.

Love counter depth but has less storage, naturally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just started using our new refrigerator two weeks ago. I like the water dispenser being inside the door vs. outside. We ordered a counter depth refrigerator so naturally, we have less room. The fridge area honestly is not bad, but when we moved freezer items over, we noticed that area was really small. We will get a freezer for the garage in the future to provide more space. Overall we like it.

Good Buy

Poor door management

Perfect for Smaller Kitchens

We've had this fridge for about a month now, and I must say, I'm impressed. Our previous fridge was, I think, 12 years old so it was time to replace it.
