Wasn't built with everyday use in mind!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to settle for a countertop fridge cause of my layout so I had to down size...shelves are not as practical as my last whirlpool flimsy drawers that dont pullout straight...doesn't fit regular day to day items...

Mea/Deli drawer is too small!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about a month ago to replace a KitchenAid model that lasted about 8 years. It is fairly equivalent to the KitchenAid model except for the undersized Meat/Deli drawer. We are hoping it will last at least as long as the extended 5 year warranty we tacked on. I am old enough to remember when I was able to purchase refrigerators that lasted much longer. This unit seems a little noisier too, but as we are going deaf, ...

Great fridge freezer

This is a great unit, they're is no doubt It's almost perfect and if I could change anything It would be to put more lighting and The bottom drawers cannot be opened without opening both fridge doors And lastly the control board is difficult To follow Soo all in all very good fridge freezer

Solid Fridge

Drawers could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a Bosch 800 Series when it was deemed too costly to repair after only 6 years. This time I decided to go back to Whirlpool which as a brand I have had before that was trouble free. Overall it’s a good looking appliance that does a great job of keeping foods cold and making mounds of ice. The only complaint are the crisper drawers. They flop around like there are no drawer guides. Very cheap looking and annoying to use.

Uneven handles

Standard Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser valve in the new refrigerator is not working. The parts are not available and have been ordered, with a lead time of 3–4 days for the technician to return. I would suggest implementing stronger quality checks during production to help prevent such issues in new refrigerators at the start.

Solid appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 6 year old Bosch 800 Series that was pronounced not worth repairing. I’ve had Whirlpool appliances before and was very satisfied, so back to Whirlpool.

Unexpected crackling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator for three weeks and the crackling when running is annoying at best. Hopefully once filled and acclimated to our home environment / humidity the noises will abate. Otherwise, we will be contacting Whirlpool Canada. Otherwise, this refrigerator has met expectations and fits well in our counter depth area.

Perfect color and size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My counter depth refrigerator arrived about a month ago. The color and size are perfect. My only criticism is the freezer is smaller than other counter depth refrigerator that I have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a Kenmore Elite french door model before; unfortunately, this Whirlpool is not the quality that the Kenmore Elite model was. It doesn't have a dedicated butter keeper. There is only one light inside the cabinet The Kenmore had lights all down the sides. The drawers move around, instead of firmly sitting on drawer glides.

Counter depth Whirlpool is perfect for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a counter depth fridge. We don't like gadgetry so simpler is better. The black option is nice looking. The inside is bright, easy to arrange and enough space for 2 of us. Glad we got this model.
