Great product

Great product came in good timing and seems high quality

New Backup Generator Unpacked and Ready!

My initial experience with the iGen5000DFc has been very positive. Unpacking was easy, adding oil was straightforward, the battery came charged, and the unit started right away. I am new to generators, but the instructions and manual were clear, and my pilot load test went smoothly. It gives me confidence that I am better prepared for an emergency. If you want to include the easy purchase experience, this is a safer version: My initial experience with the iGen5000DFc has been very positive. Se...

Would recommend

This seems to be an excellent portable generator so far. I love the retractable handle for moving it around, and the flexibility of duel fuel. The only minor flaws that I noticed was that the oil fill/dipstick is in a tight spot and somewhat difficult to access, as is the battery quick connect. Other than that, I can see this unit saving me plenty of headaches during the next inevitable power outage.

Great products, no disappointments

Purchase was super easy. Picking the package up was even easier.

Exactly as it was advertised!

This generator arrived last week. It is Excellent. The instructions were easy and it started and ran very well first time.

This machine checks all the boxes and then some!

Did lots of research before choosing this generator. Very pleased with this purchase. This machine checks all the boxes and then some! Great features and starts and runs smooth and quite. Just an excellent overall value for the price!

had it for a week then didn't run

Had the generator for a week then it would not start. Been at the repair shop now for over a month. Do not purchase this product

Easy start up and break in!

Started on the first press of a button - easy break in period -- changed the oil and swapped to synthetic. Quiet and powers everything I need.

Great, Almost.

Purchased two weeks ago. Quiet exact generator need for RV. - though, out of box, Access doors weak, (1) won’t close, sharpe edge another, After prep. GAS leak thru system, need local Approved Service for Unit. Gas leak not obvious. Thanks

Happy customer

Just bought. Quick shipment easy to put together and begin using.

Easy startup and quiet operation

Easy setup. Hooked up propane and started right up. Very quiet operation compared to standard generators. Pull-out handle and wheels make it very to maneuver. Just waiting for a power outage now to put it to work. Very pleased with the purchase.

GREAT generator!

Great Inverter Generator! This is the third one I've purchased to keep all of my family safe during outages

So far, so good!

Just bought this a month ago. Took a bit to get here because of the snow storms in the south east US. Started it up with remote start on propane fuel first try. Ran it for about an hour and plugged in a bunch of random things to see how it would draw. So far, very happy with it. We will see when the next big storm hits!

Works great

Very happy with Generator. Especially the remote start. Very quiet. Love that it’s dual fuel. Works great

It is too loud.

They lied about the noise, they say if is as low as 52 dBA but the lowest I got was 62 just idling not to mention with a load.

Easy to set up

We bought about three weeks ago. Tulsa had a snowstorm. The generator was easy to set up and run. So far, the generator has work perfectly.

Hoping for the best

I haven't used it yet. I ordered it because of a great review on Wirecutter. Hoping for the best.

Simple

Easy set up. Clear instructions and parts list.
