Great features

Great compact generator would recommend highly for someone to buy

Bought after hurricane

I bought this after the Hurricane Helene left me without power for a long time. It set unused for about a year. I put in good fuel, oil, connected the battery, charged the battery, selected gas, and it still won't start. Now we are in an ice storm, and it is useless---a very expensive paperweight.

Fantastic Generator with all the features!

So far this generator has been just right! Bought the generator for some basic hoke protection during inclement weather and also for some traveling RV/Outdoor recreation use. The set up has been seamless, straightforward, and just as simple as explained in the quick start guide. The generator power up was also just as easy utilizing any of the methods (pull start, push button start or remote control start). I also compared the wattage draws from some of my home items to the read out on the displ...

Great Features, Perfect for RV Use

So happy I purchased this generator, initially purchased to power up my RV but will be using it for many other purposes.

Lowes is AWESOME

Great price

Great generator

Bought this generator for backup when the power goes off. Just need it to keep fridge, freezer, and pellet stove going.

Just what i wanted

Easy set up, all the features I wanted, quiet for its size even under a load. I also own an iGen 2600. Very pleased with my purchase.

Exactly as expected

Have had it for a short time. Was boxed securely, added oil and fuel and started it right away. Still breaking it in, has only run two hours at different loads. Will do follow up after some more time.

iGen5000DFc Inverter Generator Dual Fuel

01/19/2026 Quick Start easy to do. Runs great cranked on first try. Just wish it had solid rubber wheels instead of plastic.

Found the problem Part 2

I didn't put Diesel in it, I meant to say propane.

Found The Problem

I bought one of these Generators and ran gas it was fine, ran diesel it was fine, tried to start on gas mode and wouldn't start. I discovered that the reason it wouldn't start is because it was sucking air in thru the propane inlet. I had put a quick connect on the inlet. I took off the quick connect and put the cap on that came with the generator and it started right up. I hope a support Tech reads this and I hope this helps other people out. Now that it starts, I love it.

Dual Fuel Gives Piece of Mind

I bought this some time ago, I haven't needed to use it in an emergency yet (we bought it for hurricane prep) but it came well designed and easy to use!

Reliable and easy to use

Been happy with my purchase. Really love the remote start. Fairly quiet and runs for a long time.

Easy setup and initial use

Bought this during storm. No problems with setup, all parts and tools were included. Initial run went well.

Great set up!!

I bought this generator, my wife loved it. my only problem was, the Propane connection to the gas tank LEAKED PRETTY BAD. I contacted a Rep, and they promised me a replacement which I never received..I have to run on gasoline or will have to replace the part my self..

Quiet

I bought this to replace my old RV‘s generator and it is much quieter than my old open frame that I replaced.

Great works well

Awesome works perfect suits all my needs.highly recomend

Works Great, and Quieter Than Expected.

Added the oil, hooked up and secured the battery, connected to propane, and it cranked right up!

So far so good!

It started up on the first pull. Working on the break-in period. Tested each outlet and varied the load a bit. Smooth running and pretty quiet.
