Ratings & Reviews for Westinghouse iGen5000DFc Remote Electric Start 5000 Starting / 3901 Running Watt Gasoline, Liquid propane Dual Fuel Inverter Generator

Horrible wuality

Bought about a year ago have little over a hundred hours done oil change as recommended and motor locked up

Excited!

I bought this after owning a champion, and im never looking back. This is by far a better buy in every way. Its super quiet, like im impressed and it doesn't sound like its winding hard to generate the power in eco mode. Im super excited to get out and go camping. And it has a ton of power.

Excellent unit

So happy unit it has been a life saver, powerful and very portable.

Great Generator

Great generator, hoping to get some great use out of it for my business.

Too early to tell, will leave another review after the 1st camping trip

The best

Super quiet. Runs great. We absolutely love it! Remote start is a game changer for sure

Great features!

I recently purchased this generator and overall I’m very satisfied with its performance. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and provides reliable power during outages and outdoor use. The fuel efficiency is good, and the noise level is lower than I expected for a generator in this category.

Portable powerhouse with great features

Well packaged, thorough instructions. Added oil and fuel and powered up immediately. Runs quiet and thus far an excellent purchase.

great generator

I bought this, and I am so happy everyone should buy this

Bought today, followed instructions and powered RV within 15 minutes. Now we see how long it lasts.

Wish I could give -10

Worst generator ever! Bought one and it ran one day and broke down. Took to the repair center and they had the generator for 2 months and finally stated they could not repair it. Westinghouse had me ship that one back and sent another. Again, the first time we went to run it it ran for about a half hour and broke down. Unfortunately we were on a camping trip with our 2 dogs so we had to pay for a campground so we could run the air. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GENERATOR!!!!! LOWES SHOULD BE ASHAMED...

Quiet little generator

So far better than expected. Quieter than I thought it would be.

New Generator

Just received my generator. Unboxing and setup was easy.

Runs well. easy to operate. Generator does runs quiet

Met and exceeded expectations.

Bought this to take with us camping as well as an alternate backup for our house in case of a power outage. The machine is so much quieter than our prior generators, even ones that were CA approved. The machine seems sturdy and well made, and powered up with no problem. We did a test run with our camper running multiple units (A/C, microwave, lights, etc) and besides a slight “kick in” of power, it mellowed right out and purred the rest of the time. Extremely happy with our decision to go with t...

Great Features for the price

So far so good.. set it up and gave it a test run with my trailer and it seemed to work fine. Have not used it for any long-term yet. So it's good so far

Awesome product!

Well built. Versatile. Satisfies all our camping needs.

This is our 3rd ! And love its reliability!

This is our third Westinghouse generator we love its durability the other 2 still work and very reliable

This generator worked great with a trailer with 15,000 BTU ac unit, 12VDC system, lights and receptacles. I read one review mentioning difficulty with the 15,0000 BTU AC, so I bought a soft starter kit gor the ac unit. No issues running the AC with the soft starter. This generator is decent with noise.
