Ratings & Reviews for Westinghouse iGen2550c Recoil Start 2550 Starting / 1900 Running Watt Gasoline Single Fuel Inverter Generator

Space Saving

I love this duel fuel inverter generator. I am a small woman and its perfect. Its easy to move around and takes so much more less space then your conventional generators. I live in Florida and this year I will be prepared when we loose power. Plenty enough power to run my full size refrigerator/freezer, portable A/C, electronics and lights. So happy with my purchase.

Exactly what I need. Compact and easy to use.Highly recommend.

Great Generator

Loving this portable generator. Works perfectly to run our AC while out boondocking in warm weather. Appreciate that it's quiet, and that it's dual fuel. So far so good!

Review for iGen2550DFc Generator

We recently purchased the iGen2550DFc to power our 17 ft travel trailer when camping without hookups, and so far it works exactly as advertised. We were specifically looking for a small, propane inverter generator capable of running the AC, and this unit delivered. It powered the air conditioner without any issues during our first use. We’ve only used it once so far, but we’re happy with the performance and will update this review if anything changes with continued use. Great option for anyon...

suitcase weight - easy to move around

nice compact unit easy to carry to cabin or back home or boat.

Front screen

Just bought and like the info screen on front. Lightweight for the watt size of unit.

Just what we needed.

We purchased the iGen2550DFc generator and it is just what we needed. Not to heavy and easy to use!

Great So Far.

I like the Generator. If I had one complaint is that is kind of heavy for the power output.

Nice Generator

I started using this generator last month. It starts and runs great! I am very pleased with it. It has the 30 amp. RV outlet I wanted for my RV.

Very good for daily use. I recommend everyone to u

Super. Very good device, easy to use. Very good for daily use. I recommend everyone to use this model.

Very good power, worker and writer

Does everything I needed to do? And Moore, I like it that it’s gas and propane.

Lightweight Little Powerhouse

Bought during a camping trip where power was out due to storms. It was quiet, easy to use and powered our camper and charged batteries etc until power was restored. Saved our camping trip and easy to transport fr future use. Also good to have at home to keep several things running during a power outage.

Very transportable

Have owned units before, but were too heavy to move or transport. This iGen1500c is exactly what is needed.

Great features!!!

Bought this generator for tent camping and love the easy start and quiet operation.

Quiet!

Nice and quiet, easy to start, light weight, well designed

Very nice

Bought this yesterday while my power was out and I had it running about half an hour after I got it home. It powered a fridge and freezer at the same time. It did overload when I also attached a sump pump and air conditioner, but it was easy to reset.

Easy for me (Cathy) to move around and start

We just bought this and already like it. PG&E has been turning off our electricity because of fire dangers. So this has been used to save my refrigerator and freezer. Haven’t had it long enough to use on other projects yet.

IGen2550DFC

I just bought the unit and found the start instructions were simple and easy. The 2550 started right up with Gasoline and LP gas. Looking forward to using this weekend at the reunion to cool off the tents at nights the BBQ team during the day!
