Would Not RecommendGenny keeps shutting off after a minute, with or without a load. Loew's return policy is garbage. It's only 48 hours for generators and I didn't even unpack it in that time.

Great piece of equipment.
Would RecommendAfter some research I bought the Westinghouse igen2550c. What a well thought out piece of equipment. Runs great and is set up for easy storage. Really like the gas drain system.

Great Emergency Standby Generator - Packs A Punch
Used within one month of purchase, June 2026. Easy setup, start and run. Added supplied oil, my gas and followed start-up instructions and it ran like a champ. Quality product, in Eco Mode, surprisingly quiet level of noise. And not that loud without it too. So glad I got this. Told my family and they are now looking into the same generator. Nice job Westinghouse. Would buy again.

Congratulations
I am excited about my Westinghouse Inverter Generator; I just unboxed it and went through the manuals. This weekend, I hope to test it out with a meal in the garden.

Terrible product
Bought this generator today. Read starting instructions. Poured oil and gas into generator. Tried for 2 hours. Won’t start. Menards won’t refund my money.

Built to be serviced and maintained
Would RecommendWell built little unit (Vietnam). I like the features - Fuel shut off to the carb when the control knob is in the off position. Easy to drain the fuel from the carb for long term storage thanks to the drain screw with attached drain hose. Easy to start - 1 or 2 pulls. This unit is designed to be tossed into the back of a truck without spilling gas during the way thanks to the vent shut off on the fuel cap. It's great both side doors can be removed without tools. The data center is perfect for gi...
