This stuff works excellent for all applications

I will tell you I have purchased all my materials from Lowe's and built my home by myself with friends and family. This Item sticks and protects no questions asked, buy it if you need it, but do not buy any other product.

Stop leak

Was used to stop leak were shingles where installed wrong. It sealed the area and new shingles placed. No more leak

Good and sticky

Has plenty of flex and tack. Good for sealing before siding.

Great for other uses as well!

Our roof top hvac unit was leaking into the building. Instead of replacing the hvac unit I decided to try and seal around the base using Tite-Seal. So far so good, we haven't had any leaks. Sticks very well to flat roof without any issues.

Absolutely love this product. Provides me a high level of comfort know that water will be kept away from the wood and I won't be working on this project for a very long time.

Works great, many uses

This is typically used for flashing at doors & windows, but I used it recently to waterproof insulation around some water lines that are exposed to the weather. This is 'Peel-n-stick' - Easy to apply, very flexible.

Works great but don't let get wet before install, like leaving in bed of truck during a rain, loses ability to stick

I used this product to weatherproof an exterior door that I had to frame in. It works great and I would use it again on another project.

Tried this to help with a leak. When roof installed no flashing around chimney. easy to install. seemed to have good adhesive. we will see how long it holds up
