Would RecommendI used it over an exterior would wall, followed by lath and then concrete. Make a nice water proof barrier and seals the nail holes too. Plus its nice and thin and easy to work with.

Would Not Recommend12 HOURS LATER IT RAINED AND WATER RAN UNDER RUBBER AS IF IT DID NOT BOND. WHEN LIFTED UP IT HAD NO TACKING FEELING TO EVEN BOND. BOUGHT FLEX SEAL TO BOND IT DOWN. I HAD WATER RUNNING DOWN TO THE SECOND FLOOR. LOWES IS GOING TO REPLACE THE HOLE DOOR.AND USE PELLA RUBBER TAPE AND CAULK THIS TIME PER CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR WAS CUTTING COSTS

Would Not RecommendWarning - this product has marginal adhesive. By reading this, I may save you time and frustration. The product has inconsistent sticking power. I purchased two rolls with different batch numbers. After applying in 60* temps portions of the adhesive failed, edges curled up, portions of the middle of the flashing had no sticking power so lifting occurred. I had to remove the product, but where the adhesive actually stuck, it pulled up material. So I had to cut away the faulty product leav...
