Would RecommendWish I had used this 25 years ago when I built my house. I'm doing a complete exterior renovation and using Tite Seal along the wall flashings where single level roof lines meet 2 story gable walls of the main house. Also using it around the windows. Basically it's like a small roll of Ice Shield but thinner.

Good
Would RecommendThis was the first time for me using this but i liked the results. Just one tip, don't let it come in contact with itself. You won't be pulling it apart.

Can be used as a "tar paper"
Would RecommendThe dimensions were just what I needed for an 8" wide ledger board and siding cut into the house. This roll fit perfectly on the house's foundation header board after cutting the siding of the house to build my deck. The foundation of the house needs this product to prevent water damage leaking behind the ledger board of the deck, underneath the flashing. The Asphalt component is important. It should work for the long run.

Good Product
Would RecommendWorked great as a flashing between my outside house wall and the porch roof. I already had an aluminum flashing installed but it was leaking because of differences in the porch roof level. Rather than try to seal the old flashing with tar, I used this product to seal the aluminum flashing to the porch roof. Now no more leaks.

WOWWIIWEE! great stuff!
Would RecommendI used this as a temporary repair on my kitchen skylight {trying to beat the monsoons} and although I know this was not exactly what it was made for , it has worked well. It covered the broken skylight without issue. But be cautious when peeling the backing paper off....This stuff is stickier than fly paper! lol.
