The old aluminum flashing around the windows was installed... well, very non-traditionally, with a very loose understanding of how water or gravity work. They worked fantastically as rainwater collectors, diverting it straight into my bathroom. Would RecommendWe used this all around the edges of our metal roof and around all roof vents and it works great! Then went over it with rubberized set patch and then topped it off with the 10 to 12 year white sealer! This really did a fantastic job o our mobile home roof! It's a great preventative maintenance and looks beautiful.
