Would Not RecommendWithin minutes of filling this spreader with fertilizer and starting out across the yard, the wheel fell off. There does not appear to be anything holding it on. We had to repeatedly stop and put the wheel back on. I would not buy this brand again.

Good but check out before buying
Would RecommendItem worked, but after I brought it home I noticed the handle been drug across something like concrete and filed the handle down. The product still worked, but essentially out of the box it was damaged.

Would RecommendPre-assembled and ready to use. Worked first time and gave great distribution of fertilizer. I was worried because this was the smaller of two from Sta-Green but was a lot less expensive than the other name brand sold. My old spreader that finally gave up the ghost (corrosion after 20 years) was the size of the larger model. Design and quality issues
Would Not RecommendThe problem with this spreader, as well as the other major brand, is the impeller that moved the fertilizer to the hole is too short. I have to constantly shake the spreader while using it to force the fertilizer to move. Also, one of the wheels kept falling off.
