What Customers Are Saying
The SMARTCORE Ultra Luxury Vinyl flooring product has received mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its beautiful appearance, easy installation, and durability, praising its marble-like look, waterproof and scratch-resistant qualities, and comfortable feel. However, some customers have experienced issues with the installation process, finding the interlocking mechanism challenging and the tiles difficult to align properly, leading to gaps and uneven surfaces. There have also been reports of quality control problems, with damaged or mismatched tiles in some boxes. Overall, the product seems to be a good option for those who value its aesthetic and practical features, but customers should be prepared for potential installation challenges.

Tough install.
First, I think it’s beautiful and looks really nice. However, the installation was challenging. After getting a plank tapped into place and having moved on, after several more planks I’d look back and see that prior planks were no longer perfectly positioned. They didn’t really “lock” into position. They also have groves where the “grout lines” would be. I fear they will collect stuff…dirt etc, and require extra cleaning.
