What Customers Are Saying
The SMARTCORE Ultra Luxury Vinyl flooring product has received mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its beautiful appearance, easy installation, and durability, praising its marble-like look, waterproof and scratch-resistant qualities, and comfortable feel. However, some customers have experienced issues with the installation process, finding the interlocking mechanism challenging and the tiles difficult to align properly, leading to gaps and uneven surfaces. There have also been reports of quality control problems, with damaged or mismatched tiles in some boxes. Overall, the product seems to be a good option for those who value its aesthetic and practical features, but customers should be prepared for potential installation challenges.

A professional had to complete the job.
Would RecommendSome of planks were over 1/16 off and made it difficult to keep a straight line in a joined dining and kitchen room that is large.

Simply the best
Would RecommendThis product is great. We had about a quarter of our living room done with this product 2 years ago to see how it would hold up before we did the whole room. We can say it's the best floor on the market. I just won't buy it from Lowe's again because they are charging 20.00 a box more than the store online.

Would RecommendLove this flooring and haven't found any significant issue during installation and the pattern is so pretty. There are a range of colors from lt.gray, beige, near white along with other brown tone shades and it's easy to clean. Have received several positive comments on the new flooring and it has a natural look that I love.
