Easy to cut and clean
Would RecommendWe like the look and texture of the floor. The tongue and groove doesnt go togther as easily as some other flooring i have used. It is also not 24 inches long. So.if you are doing a half lap pattern it is a little arkward, most likey metric. So be careful on your layout.As bad as i hated to recommend it, the instalation kit with tapping block and the metal bar would have helped me against the wall. Every piece had to be tapped home.

Buyer beware
Would Not RecommendTerrible locking system. After a few rows out, every time you lock a piece, all the other pieces start to unlock. I agree with the pool table review, floor must be perfect. This takes twice as long as it should have to lay. I did get it together in the end but now it gaps all over and doesn't lay flat. Will be taking it back up. What a waste of $2000.00 dollars!

Would RecommendI've used this flooring on two separate occasions. It goes together easy, and it stays together. For those who say it does not lock, you are installing it wrong. For those who say it will not lock, you are installing it wrong. This flooring is durable, doesn't scratch, and doesn't break. It is made from good quality material.

Waterproof Vinyl Tile, looks like Stone, not Wood
Would RecommendYou can install this flooring yourself. It is not hard. I did learn that you need to lock in the long side first before hammering in the short side. Using the install kit from Lowe's that includes the hammer and blocks needed to install. The blade cutter from Lowe's is also very useful. For corner and lengthwise cuts you may need a table saw and occasionally a jigsaw. The resulting flooring is waterproof. It is quiet to walk on. It doesn't have to be glued down.
