Absolutely love the French chef knife - got the black handled one. Cutting onions and peppers is a breeze. I’m getting rid of all of my other knives and replacing them with RADA knives. It is so sharp, lightweight and comfortable to handle. For the first time I was able to dice an onion the professional way because I wasn’t sawing it - so fast I didn’t have time to cry. The blade is too large (wide) to slide all the way into my current knife block so I’m looking for a block with a 3 1/4” - 3 1/2...

Nice, sharp knife!
This knife is quite sharp. The blade is a little thin though, making it seem almost flimsy. I do like this knife, but I wish it was a little heavier blade.

I m a student in culinary arts & bought a few because they came highly recommended. Im the envy of my class. My fellow students & even my teacher are always asking me to use them because they are so good. The shanks are nice & light. Fits in anyones hands comfortably. Already has a rust spot
I've never had a rada knife rust but this knife got a rust spot in the first week of use. I cut veggies, rinsed off the knife, left it to wash the next day and it had several rust spots the next morning. It's a sharpe knife and other than what I mentioned I like it.
