You will NEVER want another knife! It is the greatest. I am asking for some more for Christmas!! It is a bit taller than than my other knive, but didn't take me long to get used to it! Love it

Fantastically sharp and comfortable
Was surprised when I saw this knife, which is much thinner metal plate than others, but that allows it to cut through many things so smoothly. It came at the height of tomato season and I love the way it slices those with absolutely no crushing. Because it's lightweight it's very comfortable. Waiting to see if that's a problem when cutting hard and heavy items such as winter squash. Regardless, I am stunned that such a good knife is sold at that price.

The knives we bought are so nice, we just placed another order for additional knives, the knife holder, a meat chopper, and a carving fork. A huge plus is that your products are made in the USA. PS - including the caramel corn as a thank you was a thoughtful touch.

Been using three for years. Since they came with the black handles I love even more. Use the chefs and butcher knife a lot with smoking butts. The steak knives are great too. And they last forever it seems.
