I put a set of various knives together. One being the French Chef. It is the best knife, as are all the Rada knives. I have the professional knives I want without the cost of foreign made knives. I would highly recommend this and all the Rada knives to everyone. They are well balanced and make chopping, dicing and slicing easy.

Awesome knife
Absolutely love the French chef knife - got the black handled one. Cutting onions and peppers is a breeze. I’m getting rid of all of my other knives and replacing them with RADA knives. It is so sharp, lightweight and comfortable to handle. For the first time I was able to dice an onion the professional way because I wasn’t sawing it - so fast I didn’t have time to cry. The blade is too large (wide) to slide all the way into my current knife block so I’m looking for a block with a 3 1/4” - 3 1/2...

Nice, sharp knife!
This knife is quite sharp. The blade is a little thin though, making it seem almost flimsy. I do like this knife, but I wish it was a little heavier blade.
