Love RADA Knives
I love RADA knives and have used them for years. I really like the French Chef Knife that I ordered. My only complaint is that the veggies I chop seam to stick to the sides of the knife, especially potatoes.

Awesome knife
Despite nearly cutting off my thumb tip the first time I used it, this is still my favorite knife ever. :) I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived, especially for a fundraiser. I'd definitely buy this again.

It is very sharp and glides effortlessly through anything we are cutting. We still have our old one that is also very good. Have had it for over 10 years. Only bought the new one as someone chinked the old one trying to get coconut shells off. But it still cuts great. Highly recommended.
