SMART FAUCET

I had this installed in my kitchen last week and so far it has been just great. I enjoy washing or rinsing my hands without having to touch anything and the faucet is SMART enough to turn off in a sensible amount of time. This unit replaced a "touch" style faucet that I had used for several years. I like the "swipe" better than the "touch" method which was often hit-or-miss.

Love this faucet!

I bought this faucet in 2015 when I renovated my kitchen. I love it for its sanitary, hands-free operation. My original faucet failed in 2021, but Moen stood behind its product and replaced it for us. Kudos to the company for standing behind its product.

Easy Install!

This is our second Motion Sense faucet. It is obvious that Moen went to school on the first version. Version two installation is very simple. (I wish I could say the same for installation and removal of version one.). Everything about this faucet is excellent!

Can't get water when batteries run out

This product needs a whole lot of D batteries. that we assumed were just needed to connect to the wifi for voice activation. We never set up the wifi, but it runs through batteries really quickly. And when the batteries run out, you can't get water out of the faucet. I am currently on hold with customer service and they tell me that batteries last much longer if you actually connect to the moen smart faucet app the batteries will last much longer. We replaced a Moen for this Moen with countertop upgrade, same style! Right away we’ve become accustomed to the touch less feature and have added a couple presets to the Moen app. Easy to integrate with Alexa. It’s a beautiful faucet.

Great looking in our newly renovated kitchen

Purchased this 4 months ago not an issue the hands free (touchless) is great never though I wood use it we never stopped using it. Also you can feel how well built it is the finish to the durability Yes we are a fan of Moen products.

Not the experience I was expecting

I bought this is January for my builder to install in our new house. After his licensed plumber installed it, the sensors would not work and the water kept cycling on and off regardless of the handle position. Took three days to get someone from Moen on the phone but rapidly diagnosed the problem as a control box failure. They are sending a replacement via USPS but they are out of stock. More are expected in 10 calendar days. Not what I expected from Moen.

Love the dual motion feature

We previously had a touch on faucet and it had issues. Wanted a non touch and this has been wonderful. We were worried about the "pressure" that was the normal flow but have found it to be perfect. Truly love the features.

Many Querks.

Moen , thankfully, replaced our 5-to MotionSense kitchen faucet due to the electronic box failing and none to replace it with. It’s a simple hookup but the faucet has a mind of its own. It works fine, then it doesn’t. Using the handle or sensor on the cold water side, the water turns off unless you pull the handle forward. Maybe in time the cartridge will wear a bit and it’ll work normally. I love Moen products, warranties and customer service and have 3 baths outfitted with all Moen product...
