Moen really is a life time guarantee company. My kitchen faucet was 4 years old and the controller stopped functioning as it should. Since there is a new model, they no longer had the controller for my faucet so I received a new model of this faucet free of charge. That's why I am a lifetime Moen customer.

Doesn't work!

This is the third one exactly like this one that I've purchased. I got my first one about 5 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen and I loved it! So when I moved to a new home I replaced my kitchen faucet with my second one. Naturally, when I moved out to live near my grandchildren I had to get a third. Well it's not working at all. No water comes out!! I've contacted Moen, so we'll see how they respond. I may change my rating. Come on people!!!

Love the wave faucet!

This is our second wave faucet for our kitchen sink and we love it. I've gotten so used to using it, that when I'm at an AirBnB or a friends house, I find myself waving over their faucet! It's such a great functionality when your hands are messy and it saves us water because it's so easy to shut the water off and on while I'm washing the dishes rather than just leave it running. I wish Moen would make the same functionality for bathroom faucets.

Sleek style

Little issue upon installation- the sensor on the base of the throat was not sensing motion. Had to remove batteries and reboot the faucet. Struggled as the water would not come back on at all. Played with turning off the water valves then rebooted, then turned the water valves back on-worked. ERGO, the direction need fixing as they are not concise. ALSO, the water should have a longer motion sensor range and length of time before it turns off.

Looks great; one glaring issue

The faucet looks great and works like a charm. My biggest complaint is the front sensor. It's aimed too high! It senses me perfectly, but the sensor is aimed at a point roughly two inches below the spout. This location is well above my countertop. When I wash my hands, I want to place my hands into the sink basin. Instead, my hands are above the countertop and I end up splashing water (and presumably raw meat juice) all over the countertop! Needs work

This was a replacement for the original faucet which I like better than the new one they sent me. In some regards the new one is better but overall I preferred the old one because that one I could set the water temperature on the control box while this one I am always adjusting it with the manual valve.

Great Faucet

I wish that I had bought it sooner. I replaced a regular kitchen faucet with the Touchless. My wife is pleased.

Like the no touch feature, not sure why the circuit board failed. Moen service was great

Attractive and convenient

I’ve only had it installed for one day. The install was straight forward but because of the proprietary quick connectors hoses it gets tricky to tee off a water filtration line. I was disappointed that the wall mount option was not included in the kit. Batteries were included but they were cheap generic batteries. Functions well and the,touch less features are excellent. I will know more after a longer period of use.

Fun & Easy to Use

Just bought this faucet. I like not having to do the extra step of turning the faucet on & off with the handle. The design is genius.

Good for it’s intended purpose

Worked perfectly for 4 years, suddenly have issues with the sensors. We’ll see how they do handling this case. It is within the 5 years on electronics

Great faucet

Bought the faucet thinking why. But I’m glad i did. Makes washing my hands easier without cross contamination.

Good solid design

I’ve had this Moen touchless faucet for two weeks. The only thing I don’t like about it is that when you wash your hands the lower sensor should have a range of about 2” more so the water will stay on when you’re washing your hand and not keep turning on and off

Touchless is tremendous!

Our new Moen touchless faucet was installed two days ago, and my wife and I already love it. Having two sensors, each with its own function, is an excellent design. The sensors work quickly and easily. The extendable nozzle has a choice of two streams of water. We had an electrician install an undersink outlet so that we don't have to change batteries. Love it!

We love the fact that the faucet comes with 2 sensors. One allows the water to run for two and a half minutes while the other only runs as long as it senses an object in front of it. It also has a very clean look to it. The only challenge was setting the hot water during installation. It originally only ran lukewarm and the plumber had to return to adjust it. The sensor randomly turns itself on

Just had 7594ESRS Arbor Touchless Single Handle Kitchen Faucet installed a couple days ago and it will turn itself on with nobody in the room at last once or twice a day.
