This faucet is well thought out with it's sensor placement to overall design. I had a different name brand touch less faucet and there were several issues with it. Such as, when people would visit they didn't know how to use the faucet because the handle doesn't work to turn the water on. The sensor was under the neck of the faucet and would get dirty or read very reflective items in the sink at times. Works nicely.

Easy to install. Works as described. Only had it for a few days and no issues with it.

Slow water flow

The water flow is really low on this faucet. We have done everything recommended but it's still the same. Looking at some youtube videos its the same way. The features are nice though...

Disappointed.

I had one previously, and bought a new one because the lower sensor didn't stay on long enough. I am in a wheelchair and hoped I would be able to use it washing dishes with the sensor, but I still have to use the handle. Disappointed.

Great touchless feature

It was installed a few weeks ago & it usually works great. Some things it doesn't see as being there & other rare times we can set something in the sink, not even in the way of the faucet & it momentarily comes on. Then there are the times you can forget & reach across & get your arm wet, but that is just user error.

Could have passed on the ready sensor

Just installed this and it’s ok so far. I have disabled the ready sensor on the front of the unit. I feel it’s a bit quirky. Also, the faucet drips for a considerable period of time after you turn off the faucet. Not sure, but I may be contacting customer support on this. It is a lovely piece, though. Installation was a snap.

Easy installation

I installed the Moen Arbor touchless faucet in less than one hour. The instructions were easy to follow with excellent detailed figures. My only disappointment is the lack of a magnetic ring to retract the water spout. The Arbor relies on a weight to assist with retraction but there is minimal distance between the centerline of the P trap and the weight.

Coolest faucet I've ever owned

I bought this to replace our existing faucet that the hard water destroyed. I installed a whole house filtration and softening system and this absolute gem. I prepare a lot of meats and eggs so the on Arc wave sensor will be fantastic to have when I don't want to get raw meat germs on the faucet handle.

Moen will replace for life

My builder put Moen throughout my home. Happy with all faucets. I just wanted a hands free model. I had one for many years and loved it. However it was a delta. But I am sure this one will be great too.

User friendly website

Each product information is clear. The touch less kitchen faucet with two sensors may need to upgrade its controller. Because the Ready sender is not respond.

This faucet has some fundamental design flaws.

In general, this faucet works well. The hands-free on/off is very useful in the kitchen. However, there is one pretty major design flaw. You cannot turn the flow down below 50%, and if the faucet is on full hot and you turn it down at all, the temperature goes down. There is no way to get a slow flow at full heat. I confirmed with their support department that this was normal and by design.

Love the hands free feature in two locations.

This is my second one. Had to purchase a new one due to contractor had difficulty removing it to install countertops.

Looks great, functional and easy to install.

I installed it myself and to date, it has been by far the easiest faucet installation I have made. It works as prescribed and looks great at the same time. The no-touch motion sensor is really appreciated when working with dirty hands. I highly recommend this faucet.

favorite kitchen tool

This is our second Moen touchless faucet. We had a problem with the sensor, but customer service took care of us and replaced the faucet at no cost to us. Installation is a breeze.
