Stopped working less than 6 months

Ran in a clean basement. Kept up with maintenance. Stopped working in less than 6 months.

Bucket overflows when full and app can't detect fill level.

Great at removing moisture from the air. Seems to be more effective than any other dehumidifier I have used. However, in the two weeks I have used it, the bucket has overflowed twice and the unit continues to run. Yes, the unit is set to bucket mode. Also, the app does not display bucket fill level so I have to think whatever sensor detects fill level is defective. The mechanism for detecting fill level isn't obvious like most other models with a tilt switch. So 5 stars for dehumidifying, and 1 ...

Too much money for a product that does in 2 years

The unit started icing up just a little after the two-year mark. My filters are clean. I have scoured the manual and followed instructions to address this problem, but to no avail. It's basically a brick at this point.

Lasted 5 months then iced over

Neat unit, worked great until it iced over. I kept up with the filters and only had it set at 50%. Came down to find it a block of ice. Thawed it out - happened over and over. Had to use extended warranty to replace it.

Great investment

Easy to put together and place drain hose. The different modes are nice and it seems like it’s very efficient in reducing the moisture in my basement

Life saver for the basement

Works like a charm and brought our basement from 70%+ humidity down to 50. after the recent flooding, this was a life saver drying up the basement so much faster. I would consider getting the one with the pump next time so it's easier to set it up for continuous draining

Unique and useful design.

The unit has multiple ways of collecting/disposing water. The design also allows you to place the unit locations traditional dehumidifiers wouldn't fit. I ended up using milk crates to raise the dehumidifier up so it could drain into the sink in my basement. I considered getting the version with the pump (and probably spent the price difference in tubing/a stand to raise the unit up) but a pump is one more potential point of failure and I preferred to let gravity do the work. Quiet and efficient product

We installed the dehumidifier to directly drain into the floor drain. It is heavier than our old one. I had a little difficulty in getting it to recognize that I wanted it to directly drain - I think I was too impatient as it started after I had followed the directions for the third time and then walked away! It made a difference in the humidity in our basement within 4 hours. It is much quieter than our previous one.

Nice small form factor for a dehumidifier

The cube is easy to carry. The handle is sturdy and makes it easy to transport. Water hose is in an easy to access location. Very easy to hook up. The app is very good. It had no problems finding the dehumidifier. The scheduling feature is very nice. I haven’t tried it in bucket mode. I can see it being difficult to carry when full. Rated as a top product by Consumer Report's and we agree. We've had the dehumidifier running now several days and it works great. It's lowered our humidity from 62% to 49% and runs quieter than most dehumidifiers. You can add an included hose for auto water drain or the tank is large enough to only have to empty water manually once every couple days.
