Love this lil guy

Keeps my basement dry and is so easy to use! Love the app where I can change settings, turn on and off, or just see its status. It runs like a champ on continuous or if I have it on a specific humidity will automatically turn on. I have had the cube for nearly a month now, running everyday and no problems in sight.

Great product, but drain tube too short

The design is interesting and I like how much water it can hold, and the app seems to work well. The downside of how much water it can hold is that the water bucket can get very heavy to lift, and the drain tubing that comes with the product for use with the pump is way too short (by contrast a different dehumidifier I have came with a drain tube that’s at least 10 feet long)

Randomly shuts off for no reason and won’t get my room below 56%. I think this is going back. So frustrating.

Good dehumidifier.

Easy to set up in my basement. The unit rapidly dehumidified a large basement pumping extracted water into a sink. The photos and verbiage in the instruction booklet could be better at explaining the pump and discharge setup. All and all a good unit.

Media Cube 50-Pint Does It's Job

Very happy with the product and features, I like the compact design for storing it when it's time to put it away and I like the fact that it can hold a large amount of water if desired. I empty it manually so that it is not tied to one location and I can move it around if desired. Flimsy bucket, can't empty completely, difficult drain use

It is wonderful that this dehumidifier is compactable, but the small plastic parts holding the very heavy dehumidifier over the bucket are very flimsy, I feel like it'll break if I'm not extremely careful and slow when placing the dehumidifier on top of it. It is also a challenge to stow the dehumidifier back in the bucket. In order to empty this thing, you have to lift off the heavy dehumidifier, it's a heavy, two-hand lift. A very well designed dehumidifier

Powerful effective and very well designed! I needed a dehumidifier in my crawlspace with top quality drainage. It is built in and you don't even need the tub.

Stop working less than two years

It worked fine for the first year, but recently it stopped working, it was not even two years since I purchased it. Very hard to believe it, I thought it was a good brand with good quality. Obviously, I was wrong. I hope Midea can stand behind its product by offering longer warranty, not just one year.

Unit stopped working one month before it's "1 year warranty" but company would not warranty it

Seemingly misadvertised / underpowered

We bought this dehumidifier for our 936 sq. foot basement, and it says on the side of the box that it is effective for spaces up to 2,000 sq. feet, but that seems to be incorrect, as we've left it running for over a week now, and it hasn't been successful in significantly lowering our basement's humidity. Will have to return it for a more effective model, frustratingly.
