Junk ...Stopped working in less then one year

Unit stopped working one month before it's "1 year warranty" but company would not warranty it

Seemingly misadvertised / underpowered

We bought this dehumidifier for our 936 sq. foot basement, and it says on the side of the box that it is effective for spaces up to 2,000 sq. feet, but that seems to be incorrect, as we've left it running for over a week now, and it hasn't been successful in significantly lowering our basement's humidity. Will have to return it for a more effective model, frustratingly.

Only two weeks but works fine

Wirecutter recommended, and said it was the quietest dehumidifier they tested. That’s a little surprising, given how much noise it makes, but that may be because it moves so much air, which is a good thing.

That it is quite heavy if you have to empty it.

This was recommended by a friend that had the same product. Love the new one! My basement even smells cleaner!

Does not work and TERRIBLE customer service.

2 days of constant running. No water collected. Called customer support and they were more interested in collecting my personal information than helping me troubleshoot. Instructions are very poor. Not impressed. Taking back for refund and buying different company's unit.

Great at dehumidifying, but a little loud

This product helped drop my basement-level bedroom humidity from 70-80% to mid-50%, all while being placed in the basement (separated by a door, which I will now keep open). Both are pretty large spaces. Functioning above expectations in terms of dehumidifying-ability. It's quite a heavy unit though, though this isn't a problem as I drain it directly, without using the included container. Bought this unit at the end 2021 and it has stopped dehumidifying the air. Fan and control panel still work. I spent a good amount of money on this and am disappointed it has stopped working already!

Complete waste of money

This unit worked well for 1 year but then suddenly stopped dehumidifying after the warranty expired. I've cleaned the filters and vacuumed the coils to no avail. Stay away and stick with trusted brand names.

So far so good;

Quieter and more compact than prior dehumidifiers. Too soon of course to see if it lasts; replacing a Hisense unit that lasted <3 yrs, which replaced a Frigidaire unit with same miserable reliability. Using continuous hose to sump pump hole, works fine; but I could see no way to keep the unit in the bucket (as insurance against a leak), so turned bucket upside down to use as a platform to be sure hose will drain, and get unit off the basement floor. Worth the Cost

Works well. With constant running for approximately two weeks, I've seen no performance issues and lots of water!

So far I like this dehumidifier but I have only had it like a month so hard to know how it will continue working. It is heavy and best to use the hose it comes with as even the bucket you can dump is pretty heavy.

Stopped working after 4 months of use.CS worthless

Used this dehumidifier for 4 months. Shut it down for the season. Turning it on this May '23, the unit's fan ran and control panel worked but did not produce any dehumidifying water. Called Customer Service and got nothing but a 'run around'. In the end, they said it was out of the (pathetic) 1 year warranty. Dehumidifier stopped working less than 2 months in

Product worked great at first but then a few weeks later it would start shutting off before the bucket filled and would say "P2". Despite several attempts to reset the unit and fix the issue the dehumidifier doesn't work at all anymore

The Best One I’ve Ever Owned

I like the overall design. It keeps the water away from the electric parts. It is easy to clean. Also very easy to empty.

Awesome Dehumidifier

It's easy to use and does a great job. I used it in my sun porch and when its cold out it takes out the humidity and also because it gives off heat makes the porch warm and dry. It's so easy to lift it, turn it and it sits right in the container that it slides into for storage. It holds a ton of water ! You can set it and forget it. I have had absolutely no issues with it.

Fantastic Humidifier!

Best humidifier I have found (and I've had quite a few)! Super easy to set up with hose running to drain and controls the humidity with no issues at all! I would buy again and again! My only suggestion is a longer cord.

This dehumidifier is a great purchase!

It is quiet and worked well to lower the humidity in my basement.
