[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this new Maytag refrigerator! Love the large drawer for storing the deli meat and cheeses. My favorite feature is the light in the freezer compartment! I can actually see what we have in the freezer!!!

Freezer door pops open

If you close the refrigerator door too hard, the freezer door opens. Sometimes the freezer door will not shut. With kids in the house that occasionally close the door forcefully, the freezer door opens and stays open. This is obviously a problem. The refrigerator is level and brand new. Maytag customer service says this is normal. Will consider returning

removable parts to wash

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our last Maytag refrigerator for 29 years so thought Maytag was the way to go. It's so nice and bright inside and it fits our needs so far. We're happy with it.

Things aren't made like they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things aren't made like they used to be. It's ok but the drawers don't close right, the shelves don't fit right, the wide drawer sliding bracket under the top shelf already broke because of weak spots, the metal brackets to hold items on the door are so thin, weak and cheap that I don't anticipate them to last even with light use. Just sad.

Doing okay after less than 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have had the frig only a short time, not quite 2 weeks and it seems fine. No bells and whistles, but it does what was promised and we’ve been able to sleep through the nights better without compresser rattle from our 25 year old model. It’s different enough in shelves and is handle less, so it’s taking a little time to get used to it. Thankfully it was available on sale before the tariffs dropped, so we’ll keep an eye on how we...

this is all so new and haven't had a chance yet.

Would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t want ice and water through the door. This model took some work to level perfectly so the motor didn’t vibrate. Design is very limiting as to where you can locate shelves, specifically on the doors. Got it worked out though.

Very roomy, and the perfect size for us.

It is perfect! Just what we needed. Not too small and just big enough for our needs. So glad we downsized a bit.

Excellent airflow in both the freezer and fridge keeps everything at the proper temperatures. I also had purchased the Maytag dishwasher before purchasing the refrigerator which has an excellent design and does a good job at cleaning the dishes. Thanks 👍
