Excellent Cooler
I purchased this evaporative cooler for my fifth wheel. It was fairly easy to install. We did have to may some alterations, as it is made for a normal house style window and ledge. A tight squeeze but it fits the fifth wheel window just fine. It has worked like a charm thus far. I am VERY happy with how it operates. I highly recommend this cooler to anyone that may be looking for one.

Fan not connected
When unpacking my cooler the fan was just laying inside not connected to the motor. Called there help # but of course no one there on the weekends when there really needed but only 8 - 5 on the weekdays Gee I work during the week hard to make a call. Well no sense waiting I mounted it to the window the float would not stop, it kept letting water in then the remote is worthless you have to be at least 3 feet in front of the cooler for it to work. Finally after a week I got a hold of Master cool....

So far - it's GREAT!
I live in Colorado and I've been without a/c or any cooling for 10 years. This unit was just installed last week and I couldn't be more happy! Coming home from work on these hot days has been much more enjoyable now that I can walk in and not be hit with heat. The only thing is it is a bit louder than I thought it would be but I can definitely deal with that! I don't have windows to put this in but we installed it in the wall - which in the instruction booklet said was perfectly acceptable!

I have this 6 months and am on my 8th pump and 2nd purge pump just went out again today. It’s not wide enough to keep condensation out of the pump. I would not recommend this product

Didn't deliver as advertised
The product on the website says it'll cool a 1600 square foot room. It didn't even come close to cooling my 1300 square foot building. I will be returning to store.

This coolers is 3 years motor went out not good.
I purchase this cooler on March 31st 2015 and the motor went out on August 11th of 2018 usually I get 5 plus years out of my coolers but this one only last 3 years not too happy.

Love this machine.
I am on total solar and can't use A/C. It cools my house down beautifully. Once it gets over 100 outside, the house will climb up over 80, but still keeps the house comfortably 20 degrees cooler then outside.

Does the job!
We live in the mountains where we can get in the 90's during summer. Cooler does a terrific job of keeping our 1400' home cool. We have AC, but the cost is ferocious. It has cut our electric bill by 2/3! It can be 95 out and it keeps the inside right about 70. A little noisy on high, but tolerable. We usually run it on Medium speed. Install was pretty straight forward and definitely need 2 people. I would have given it 5 stars however the cheap plastic float valve that came with it leaked out of...

COOL! Literally
Can't believe I waited so long to make this purchase. We were able to install it in a side sliding window with some creative window filler. I have 1650sf home and house cools 5 degrees in 20-30 min and 10 degrees in an hour or so. I love it. Only concern is amount of discharge water to reduce scalling. I will try recirculating the water with a pump to conserve water.

Great Design, Poor Materials
I have 8 swamp coolers on my property, most in rental cabins. I really wanted this one to work as I love the design idea - why have a big box with a bulky profile when you could have a slim design like this? After reading all the reviews on this cooler, I was relieved that a large portion of those were certainly overreactions. 1rst, installation was not bad.
