Would RecommendThis works just like the last one we have. Cools the entire house for so less than a whole home package unit. Uses only the power of the small water pump and the turbo fan to run. It is a bit noisy as it only fits in one window in our home right now. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to upgrade to a mini split run completely on solar and batteries.

Would RecommendGarage 22x22. Cools very well. Needed to add a frame for stucco to keep it flat. Added a sun shade to keep dirt and bugs out witch limits air flow a bit but still working very well. Replaced a 2008 metal Champion.

Would RecommendJust put this one in for my neighbor. It replaced a Bonaire unit. Took about an hour. Like the fact that it has a spot for a purge pump, which I recommend. Remote can also determine how often purge will run to dump water. Also a hard water filter on supply line. I might put one of these in my house, after my Bonaire needs replacement.

Worst appliance ever
Would Not RecommendAlmost 3 years with this thing and it has been nothing but trouble. We have maintained it properly done everything right and it is still unreliable. Has broken down multiple times each summer and just last year we had to replace the pump 4 times. We didn’t even replace it ourselves we had HVAC pros come out and do it. Just please buy something else.

Would RecommendI would say if you get this have a 3rd person to help when installation on house is needed. Also make sure to locate every piece b4 u begin putting it together. I read the reviews b4 I bought this and there was 1 review of an older lady saying it was easy enough she did alone...... There is no way that's possible to do alone unless she has super powers.
