Unable to attain desired temperatures.

Unable to get temperature below 180 degrees. Need it down to 110-120 degrees for drying of sausages before increasing temps to 130, 150 & 170 degrees. When I first contacted Masterbuilt about this problem they stated it was a faulty temperature regulator. It was under warranty so they sent me a new one which I had to install. They didn't even offer to have a certified tech respond to do the repairs. Problem still persists so I contacted Masterbuilt again. This time they stated this smoker ...

Perfect starter smooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well built smoker with plenty of room for smoking. Temperature control is also excellent. This unit replaced an electric smoker that never quite produced the needed smoke level and was very difficult to clean. This one is a huge improvement. Make sure when your smoking time is up, open the door slowly, or you will spread ashes around your smoked food. Highly recommend.

OMG.. Awesome Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this smoker as a Christmas Present and OMG it is amazing. Everything i have cooked/Smoked on this has been Great. Easy assembly, easy to use, and the thermostatic control takes all the worries out of temp control. In fact, there are 2 racks of St Louis Style ribs on the smoker right now. Great Product that I Highly Recommend

Great Smoker

This product is easy to use, easy to clean, and always grills evenly. I love to use it for my steaks. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking a quality product at an excellent price.

I've smoked everything from pork, chicken, beef to corn and even Mac & cheese. Only complaints I've gotten are from the ones that didn't get any. Pretty sure the smoker is the only reason my wife stays married to me!

Masterbuilt two door 30” propane smoker

I would not go camping without this smoker

We have used it for Thanksgiving outings. This smoker adapts easily to our propane tanks on the trailer. A must for every trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! One of the only gas smokers that you can set an actual temp. And it is actually accurate? Takes some time to assemble but well built and performs well. All at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
