Good Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The issues I have with this smoker are getting started and temperature control. When starting up, I have to hold the control in for a really long time before it finally stays lit. Also, 250 on the temperature control does not necessary mean 250 so I recommend a wireless or internal monitor.

Putting together. also very simple well. Seasoning it was also very easy. First cook came out fantastic. Here's to another 20 years using this amazing smoker

Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this smoker from a friend who was moving a year ago. He had it for years prior and all I needed was to replace the flame bowl. Easy to use and does a good job as long as you rotate the racks while cooking (lower rack gets hotter than upper). Works better with chips than chuncks.

Bought in March, junk by May.

Bought this smoker in March, used it a few times then had my mother-in-law over for Mother’s Day weekend and it decided to fail and not get hot. Weak flame not getting over 100degrees. Tried everything but now just sits on my deck.

Versatile, Convenient and Great Grill/Smoker

Very reliable smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this smoker for over 6 years and it still produces awesome food. I just to replace the pan and give it a little TLC but it still is rocking.

Love it and Works flawlessly

I have owned this for 3 years now and it has always worked flawlessly. Temperature is very easy to control and uses very little gas. Should get almost 2 seasons out of a tank of gas.

Poor welds

I have had this smoker for awhile and about 3 months ago the door hinge welds broke and the door fell off. I was able to weld it back on but it didn’t last but two cooks. I like the smoker but not the workmanship. .

My Propane smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smoker liked it a great deal, the pan for wood chips is great, dual doors for access to add more wood chips, overall very pleased. The top door hinge broke making it almost useless.It still works but a pain to use, and clean.

One, the interior area is smaller than I expected, and eighteen lb spatchcock turkey is a tight fit. Two, wood pan is too small to put enough flavor into the meat early in the cook.
