The hardware supplied with this product is insufficient. The flimsy washers do not allow for height adjustment, the piece just drops when any weight is applied. Buy another product. Don't waste your time with this one.

Would RecommendSticky door fixed. Easy instillation and great look. I wish that the adjustment range was larger but it was sufficient to do the job. I add a shim to the bottom Hong to assist in reducing drag on drooping door.

Easy Install
Would RecommendOld one was rotted out have done them in the past that were a problem. This on was very easy and straight forward. Maybe it was it or I was lucky. Either way I had a good day. My wife said it looked professional. You can't do better than that!

Extremely poor design, not adjustable
Would Not RecommendNot adjustable unless you add something under the strip of wood to raise it. Absolutely an example of false advertising. It is cheaply made with the poorest quality of pine and will rot once it gets wet, and it will. Thank God I’m 71 years old and will never have to replace it again.
