Would RecommendThis adjustable threshold will allow for all the sag and unevenness in old houses. Looks nice. Adding a new door to an old house will show all the places where it is uneven. Might as well get one of these when you get the door.

How to make this truly adjustable
Would RecommendGood product, but poor design as far as adjustability. There is nothing to hold up the top piece of oak when using the supplied hardware. If you buy steel washers and put them under the top oak piece that screws to the threshold, it will allow you to raise the height to where you need it to seal between the door and threshold. Washers also support it so that when stepped on it doesnt get pushed down.
Don't waste your time!
Would Not RecommendProduct is absolute garbage. The thin metal "washers" (not really a washer) that thread on the screw to hold the adjustable hardwood piece up will slip down the threads of the screw the first time someone steps on it. Had I saved the packaging I would have returned. I might as well have thrown $20 in the garbage.

Quick and easy
Would RecommendI installed this in my shop door. It was framed with wood so I didn't have worry about concrete. I used 3 screws but construction adhesive would work if it's tight. The retainers are junk so I used four 1/2" nuts as spacers. Worked perfectly.
Overhang much?
Would Not RecommendThere's nothing to keep aluminum from collapsing where you step up. Returned and bought a complete threshold.

Great threshold with a little work
Would RecommendVery good quality. I added a piece of wood under the over hang part for my uses. Took about 5 minutes to add. Some applications will not need it.

Poor instructions and will not adjust
Would Not RecommendAfter I spent about 3 hours tearing out my old threshold and installing this one, it is not even adjustable. I have a huge gap between the threshold and the bottom of my door. I had to tighten the screws all the way down, because if I didn’t, they were sticking out above the wood. The instructions were awful. This is the first time I have ever been genuinely mad and unsatisfied with anything I’ve bought from Lowe’s.
