What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the threshold for its precise fit and straightforward installation, with most noting it matches existing door openings perfectly and delivers a professional, finished look. Many highlight durability and clean appearance, reporting the unit feels sturdier than worn predecessors. However, a notable group expresses frustration with the adjustable mechanism, describing plastic washers and screw-based height adjustment as non-functional or poorly designed. Several also warn that the concealed wood structure is untreated and susceptible to rot. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a reliable replacement when installed carefully.

Poor Quality Overall
Would Not RecommendReturned threshold as adjustment holes aren't centered; therefore, adjustment could not be evenly distributed. Furthermore, wood shavings left in packaging. Poor quality overall. Bought a Frost King threshold from a competitor
