Lid hinge broken
Would Not RecommendI've had this washer for less than 2 years and the lid hinge has already broken and the top is showing significant cracking. Same failure as others have stated.

This is one great machine,i had did a lot of research on it before purchasing,it was in the top 3 to buy.Heavy duty and able to accommodate,most machines now days fall apart after a year or 3,from now on its LG for me.

Why would someone want a two tone white washer??? The black lid and control panel is terrible! Smudges, shows each spec of lint and just looks cheap. Major fail. The aesthetics of this washer has me sadly considering a different brand.

Would not recommend
We’ve had this washer/gas dryer for just under a year. I wish I would have repaired my 15 year old Bosch dryer instead of buying LG. Washer is ok but the dryer is the worst. It literally takes 3 hours to dry a load of 6 towels. Buyers remorse immediately.

Very poor spin cycle
I chose this specific washer because I have a very high laundry load and needed the large capacity drum. It does NOT handle a large load, smaller than the front loader I replaced. It will NOT spin out a load, goes into error mode with almost every load. Have to reset to manual spin. This is also causing my drying time to increase. Very disappointed!

Should be a Class Action Lawsuit Against LG
Would Not RecommendDO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS!!! LG does not stand behind their products! Customer support has standard answers and not helpful. Impossible to get a technician to look at washer. Washer machine is 3 months old and from the beginning, we have had an issue with it overfilling and making a loud, grinding noise. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and get no help whatsoever. I might as well have flushed $1,000 down the toilet. Never again will I ever purchase an LG product.
