Lasted just over a year. Cheap junk!

Terrible

The washer overflowed due to the valve not shutting off. Flooded my house at 3 am and when I claimed warranty they were rude and still haven’t fixed my washer. It’s been broke for a month.

Great washer.

I got this washer a few weeks ago and has been nothing but great. The heat works well and I find that it has great calibration when sensing the load cutting time down! Only thing that bugs me lil bit is the high frequency that comes on it when it starts to move. I do choose to close the door to my laundry room

Broke after 18 months

After about 18 months of normal, residential use, the plastic frame that holds the lid in place cracked. We do not store anything on top of the washer (couldn't, anyway, because the lid is slanted) so there is no explanation as to why this cracked. This is preventing the lid from aligning correctly and locking, which does not allow the washer to operate. Warranty expired after 12 months - service fee is "from $369" for repair with unknown timeline. Waste of money and will not purchase anothe...

Great , washer. Question the button style

So far, it has been a great washer, quick and quiet. The only issue I have is the power and start buttons are very subdued and hard to find.

AI wash doesn’t work! Leaves the clothes feeling soapy and have to rewash on regular cycle.

Quality product, well-made

LG's are always great products, and this one hold up to their name. Love this washer! Just got it and it is amazing. HUGE washtub and fits everything.

Lows dryer

Great product excellent service

no soak setting found

Machine is large and works well for most loads. (wt8400cw lg washer) HOWEVER, would benefit from a soak (pre-soak) cycle for stinky gym stuff. The washer shows a down-loadable cycle, but there is not one I could find for this machine.

I am so happy with this washer! The AI mode is the best. It senses what the load needs and delivers with efficiency.

LG Model #WT8400CW

The two gentleman were wery professional in bringing the machine in handling, placing the washing machine, and attaching the hoses and drain tube. They started a first cycle and provided the manual for the washing machine. The were also very efficient in removing the old washing machine. They were very helpful.

If you work for a living and get dirty, this washer is NOT for you! If you cook and get food or oil on your clothing, this washer is not for you. If you are an office worker without pets and willing to wear a plastic bib when you eat, this may be for you!! We got a pump failure within the 1st 20 months, and it will be 2 weeks or more before it gets fixed by LG. Yes, LG says they need to wait for the part.
